Post-First-Year Admission to Degree Courses

RULES FOR POST-FIRST-YEAR ADMISSION TO THE DEGREE PROGRAMS IN CASES OF TRANSFER STUDENTS, CREDIT RE-EVALUATION FOR PREVIOUS ACADEMIC ACTIVITY, RECOGNITION OF FOREIGN DEGREES, SECOND DEGREES, CHANGE IN DEGREE PROGRAM


The student must submit between July 14 and August 24, 2015 (if by mail, reference will be made to the postage stamp of the post office the application is sent from), a pre-evaluation application with a self-certified description of the applicant’s curriculum (exams taken, courses taken, scientific disciplinary areas studied, credits earned).

How to submit the pre-evaluation application

The application on unstamped paper (PERMISSION REQUEST), addressed to the Magnifico Rettore, must be sent in one of the following ways:
• By registered mail addressed to the Ufficio Protocollo (protocol office), via Mentana 4, 27100 Pavia, with the following written on the envelope: “Request for permission for post-first-year enrolment in the Master’s degree program in Medicine and Surgery – class LM-41 c.u. for the 2015/2016 academic year”;
• By Certified Electronic Mail (PEC). In this case the applicant must send the application from a PEC address to the following address: amministrazione-centrale@certunipv.it – for subject the email must specify: Request for permission for post-first-year enrolment in the Master’s degree program in Medicine and Surgery – class LM-41 c.u. for the 2015/2016 academic year”.
The following documents must be attached to the application (for PEC submissions, the documents must be scanned):
1. A photocopy of the identity card or another document considered a legally valid identity document;
2. A self-certified list of exams taken, using the appropriate form;
3. A copy of the enrolment receipt from www.universitaly.it, listing the centers of interest for the applicant;
4. Proof of payment of €54 for the pre-evaluation of the academic record. The payment must be made by post office deposit slip (three-sectioned) made out to the Universitā degli studi di Pavia – Servizio di Tesoreria, c.c.p. 198200, listing the reason for payment as “Pre-valutazione carrier accademica” (pre-evaluation of academic record).

After pre- evaluation the Secretary will inform with an email containing instructions to follow to complete the admissions procedure.
