This course imparts the scientific basis and technical training necessary for the comprehension, planning and management of educational, recreational, sporting and rehabilitating motor activities. The course aims to teach students how to develop and maintain an individual’s physical movement with the aim of helping them to improve their physical and mental well-being.



Pavia has a strong sporting tradition. The University’s sports centre (CUS) has witnessed the training of numerous Olympic and world title athletes.
