Eu Placement is a new service promoted by the University of Pavia. It is the result of a synergic combination of two offices, namely the Erasmus Office and the Career Guidance Service.

In January 2010 the University of Pavia established the EU Placement service within the National Civil Service framework.
Since 2011 the Service is offered by the Career Guidance Service (Centro Orientamento Universitario - C.OR.)

EU Placement aims to help all undergraduate and graduate students of the University of Pavia in finding internship and job opportunities abroad, hence, working towards the improvement of students’ and postgraduates’ mobility in the European Union and beyond.

• To foster and enhance the supply and demand matching process in diverse working contexts;
• To implement a contact network into the European and international labour markets.

Services to students and graduates

EU Placement offers structured web services: a website with specific links and solutions to often recurring problems, a bulletin board on-line and off-line collecting the best internship and job offers dound on the Internet or received from foreign partner Companies. Moreover EU Placement offers individual services reserved to students and graduates of University of Pavia.

Services to foreign Entreprises and institutions

In order to manage a careers guidance in an international environment, EU Placement works to enhance relationship with foreign companies. EU Placement publishes a selection of job/traineeship on the website.
