The LLP/Erasmus Programme allows professors to invite experienced staff from EU enterprises for teaching activities.

The enterprises must comply with the definition of “enterprise” which can be found in the Decision 1720/2006/CE, as the main part of the LLP Programme.

The Erasmus call for application for Teaching Staff Mobility (STA) is issued every year, according to the current Erasmus Academic Year (e.g. 1st June 200x – 30th September 200x+1).

The STA announcement for the Academic Year 2010/11 has been issued the 21st June 2010 (expiry date 6th September 2010).

Professors who plan invite staff from EU enterprises will have to apply for this mobility according to the call for application and send an invitation letter to the selected expert. 

Professors and Enterprise experts will have to stipulate an agreement for the teaching schedule, which must be accepted by the University of Pavia and the sending enterprise before the mobility period.

The mobility period for Enterprise STA must be included between the 1st June 200x and the 30th September of the following year (200x+1).

Min: 1 day, including at least 5 hours of course.

Max: 6 weeks

The enterprise staff will receive a community grant from University of Pavia, consisting of  a flat financial contribution for travel and subsistence expenses till a maximum of 900 euros per person.
