Dear student,
If you have been selected to spend your Erasmus study period at Università degli Studi di Pavia with the Erasmus Programme, follow the necessary steps to complete your Erasmus Application Form at this Insitution.

1. Fill in the online ERASMUS APPLICATION FORM ,

2. Print the Application,

3. Sign it,

4. Have it signed and stamped by your Erasmus Office or your Erasmus Faculty Coordinator,

5. Attach:
               - 5 passport photos
               - Copy of an identity document
               - Learning agreement

If you intend to come to Pavia for a final thesis only, and you’re not attending any classes, you have to indicate on your Learning agreement the name of the professor at the University of Pavia who accepts you.

6. Send the printed Application Form together with the above listed attachments to:

DEADLINE
09 JULY 2010              (I SEMESTER OR FULL ACADEMIC YEAR)
03 DECEMBER 2010   (II SEMESTER)

Once the application has been approved, students will receive an e-mail confirming the Acceptance at the University of Pavia as Erasmus students to bring to Pavia.

Selected students, who will be unable to avail of their study place at this University, have to inform Ufficio Mobilità Studentesca in writing by e-mail as soon as possible.
