After your arrival in Pavia, you have to come to Ufficio Mobilità Studentesca to be officially registered

At your registration, you receive:
- the INCOMING STUDENT FORM, which certifies that you are staying in Pavia as Erasmus student for a pre-arranged period of time.
- the STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD, which proves the enrolment at the Università degli Studi di Pavia and provides you with a registration number (numero di matricola). This card will grant the access to facilities normally avaible to Italian students.
- the BOOKLET OF EXAMS, a booklet that will be used by Professors to register the results of examinations, the attendance to lecturers or work for the final thesis of the student
Once in Pavia, students meet the Erasmus Coordinator for the Faculty for which they have applied, according with the agreement with the University of Pavia.
Therefore, students are supposed to take examinations for the Faculty they have applied. Courses from other Faculties can be accepted, if the Erasmus coordinator in Pavia decides to sign the Learning agreement.
Please note that
- Students have to inform Ufficio Mobilità Studentesca of any changes that occur in their registration details throughout the year (change of home address, change of phone number or change of e-mail address)
- Students are required to fill in any Changes to the initially proposed Learning agreement, let it sign by the Erasmus Coordinator in Pavia and bring a copy to Ufficio Mobilità Studentesca
