A special office is available at the Students' Offices in order to assist foreign students during the gathering of the necessary papers for visa (visto) and residence permit (permesso di soggiorno).
The Foreign Students' Office has the following opening hours:
- Tuesday from 10.00 to 12.00 at the Humanistic Students' Office;
- Wednesday from 14.00 to 16.00 at the Scientific Students' Office.

Eupolis Lombardia (Institute for Research, Statistics, Educational and Training) is offering an introduction course to the cultural backgrounds of Lombardy as well as its socio-economical landscape, its history and territory. The course is open to foreign students registered at university.
